Onshalique has a 20 year relationship with a wide spectrum of care based roles. Her expertise ranges from specializing in Individualized Care Planning and Recipient and Residents Rights Advocating. She has been an Alzheimer’s Association Ambassador since 2010. Warmly known as "Shae", her professional credentials include Residential and Senior Living Business Management. She is KAHCF Social Service and Activity Professional Certified, Dementia Care Certified and validation trained. Her tenure in the Central Kentucky Apartment Association as a Professional since 2021 and Million Dollar Club Member offer her the ability to analyze the intricate needs of a variety of living needs. Her accolades as a Business Office and Human Resource Certified professional has only enhanced her abilities to partner with a gamut of Residential and Commercial Senior Living companies and their various partners.  She has been honored by Catholic Charities as an Ambassador Against Human trafficking and Elder Care Advocacy.  Onshalique is a multi-talented community liaison for sustainable resources in the Lexington/Fayette community.  She currently serves Central Kentucky from Louisville, Jefferson, Franklin, Clark, Woodford and Jessamine counties but is certified to cover all of Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
